Why did you start Prebuilt Sites?
We created Prebuilt Sites because we were sick of hearing the same dejected tale.
We spoke with individuals who were launching their businesses. They were launching a business while investing their blood, sweat, tears, and time (oh so much time). But we often overheard people complaining about their websites. They gave it a shot and discovered that it was much more difficult than it appeared on the online commercials. The outcomes left them feeling uninspired and lost.
The problem isn’t the website solution chosen. Solutions like WIX, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and others, are good tools… but they are still tools. Tools are only as good as the person wielding them.
That is where Prebuilt Sites works.
What if we completed 80% of the work for those same people rather than having them beginning from scratch. We create the websites. Create the design. Take care of the hosting. Set-up the forms. Etc. And all you need to do is provide the text and images.
That’s it.

How much does a prebuilt website cost?
A prebuilt website is one of the best web design deals around.
Prebuilt sites are ready made websites that just require text and images. The colour scheme and font can also be changed to better align with your existing brand or vision.
A prebuilt website consists of 2 separate costs:
- A setup fee.
and
- The ongoing hosting/membership fee.
The setup fee is £149 for most of our Prebuilt Site websites.
The ongoing hosting fee is £9 per month or £90 for the year. This includes your monthly website hosting, managed updates to your website software, plugin updates, website backups, website security, and 1 email mailbox with 10gb of storage.

What can I do and what can't I do on my website?
You can update/add pages, publish blog posts, update the navigation, update page layouts, etc.
If you can see the option on the back end of the site, you can use it.
Who do I contact for help after my Prebuilt Site is launched?

Can I make edits to the website?
Yep!
You’re free to make unlimited edits to your website via your website’s dashboard.
If you’re not comfortable, you can book ‘hours’ via your account and we will take care of any website changes you have.
Add-ons

Do I need to purchase add-ons?
Nope.
All our website add-ons are optional. They are designed to give your website a little extra something, but only if you need it.
Are there any add-ons you recommend?
It depends on your needs.
If you don’t currently have a logo, we would recommend that add-on because a beautifully designed logo can take your website to the next level.
Two other add-ons we recommend are stock photos and website copy. We find some of our clients can’t or don’t want to supply their own photos or text and so we can take care of that for you.
Can I cancel recurring add-ons?
Yep!
All our recurring add-ons can be stopped at any time if you no longer require the service. Feel free to cancel the add-on within your account or contact us so we can do it for you.
How does the 'block of hours' add-on work?
If you need something changed on your website, or maybe a new page added, you can hire us to take care of that for you.
We sell ‘hours’, which you can purchase via your account. You can then use those hours towards the change.
Unfortunately, we don’t refund any unused time.
If you purchase 2 hours, and your change/edit takes 30 minutes, you will have 90 minutes remaining to use on future changes.

What are your hosting options?
We offer a single hosting & management option. Pricing is £9 per month or £90 for the year.
This includes your monthly website hosting, managed updates to your website software, plugin updates, website backups, website security, and 1 email mailbox with 10gb of storage.
Do I have to host my website with you?
The simple answer is yes. We bet you won’t regret it though!
We host every website we build, and ONLY the sites we build. We take care of all the technical stuff so you don’t have to.
Is there a contract?
Nope, never, no way!
We just ask for 1 month’s notice if you decide to leave. This gives us enough time to prepare your account for closure and tie up any loose ends.
If you have paid for yearly hosting, your website will go offline at the end of your term.
